on occasion and for multiple day bookings we may ask for a deposit to be taken – this deposit will be held until the booking takes place and its amount will be deducted from the final bill – cancellation of a deposited booking must be 14 days in advance of the 1st day of the booking  and in writing – email is not acceptable
